if you OC GPU past stable speed it may cause decrease due to articifacts and whatnot

850/950 has always been a stable overclock, when I set the fan speed to 100%. I score higher on 750/900 than 800/940 (no artifacts, no hickups) ..; by about 1.5k

Seems like one core is being clocked down
