1.3vcore, 1.445 vqpi is stable at above settings, not prime but good enough for daily use.

I'll download that cpu-tweaker utility to check memory timings and print-screen it for you. Maybe it's one or two timings that are a tad to tight?

All timings are the same for each channel, except for the Round Trip Latency, which is:
-A: 55
-B: 58
-C: 60

ONly notice now you're on the DFI, so it's quite normal your QPI is a little lower for stability. It's a known strength of the DFI boards.
