yes we work pritty hard so many people get the proposition :D it free of choice offcourse. i understand what you mean. but i don't have any stress :D a little is even good ! :) i manage a group of 4 people now so it's rather fun ;)

and i don't want my boss to get rich in my place, i rather get rich on my own :D thats why i like the system. self-employed ...
