How to OC my Leadtek winfast A6600GT AGP to the max safety (need some advice)

Leadtek Winfast A6600GT TDH 128MB DDR3 @ OCK 560/1060 using Zalman Fatal1ty FS-V7 VGA cooler

This 6600GT i m currently using it. The stock clock is 500/900. I'm OC'ed it to 560/1060, which the Temp. is around idle=40C ; full load=50C . I think it can be OC more because it using Zalman Fatal1ty Fs-V7 and also DDR3 but not yet give it a try.

3Dmark2005 (P4 2.0Ghz, 768MB PC3200 DDR400)
Before OC (500/900):3000+
After OC (560/1060): 3300+
Sorry that I forgot the actual number, but what I can sure is 300 different between them.

I m using ATItool to view the temperature.

The problem is :
1. How to OC it to the max safety because i don't want to lose my card :)
2. I m using a GeForce card, so can i use ATItool to detect my card temperatures?
3. As I know, ATItool offer a function that helps user to optimize the max core and memory clock. Does it accurate with my Geforce card? I am new to OC graphic card, should I use that function or I am recommend to OC my card by doing 3Dmark over and over again to test the stability and artifacts...
4.Which 3Dmark is the most suitable to test my 6600GT AGP?

Any help is appreciate~ thank you~

you can use Rivatuner to monitor GPU temp and overclock your Geforce 6600GT, that tool is made especially for NVIDIA cards;

increase with steps of 5mhz on the GPU, 10mhz on the memory and run a few loops of 3DMark to spot any visual articifacts
