here's something I don't understand: all around you find people saying their stressed temp is hoovering around 30-35c° with wc. I did the typhoon review and ended at 45° after 1/2 hour stressing (43° now with thermal paste reapplyed) stressed on my PIV. Now this block should be top end and does 39° already after a few minutes.

Are they all lying or what?

lower room temps.. bigger reservoir.. better radiator... faster fans.. a lot of different factors!

to really compare results one should use the same components as much as possible.

teus friggin repaired the block, I got it tonite, went to a meeting with doctors at nine, raced back home after the introduction (45 minutes), set up the waterblock... and looked at sth unbelievable

checked, doublechecked, used different programs, just two hours ago this was 65 °C on a stock heatsink with goop, now it's 1 degree above mobo temp, ambient is 20°C, idle at 3 ghz stock voltage, nanotherm used, pelt on gpu

Seems like your 600l/h pump is powerful enough to cool gpu, cpu & a dual rad!

apparently this setup rocks... i'm priming @ 1.6 actual volts (but fluctuating!) 3600 mhz and it shows a temp of mobo 23°C and cpu after 10 minutes of prime : 33°C...

whopping for a WC, who needs a 40 pound 1000 dollar prometeia

, I have a 1 pound 70 dollar d-tek whitewater,and it seems to boot at 3800 mhz

@ bicker : sorry dude, but this is waaaaay colder, and I never lie, what's the fun in that??? this is staying waaaay below 40°C (33-35 to be exact) with 3600+ mhz prime95 for 20 minutes now

, you have to know I'm using dual 120mm rad with about 200cfm sucking the heat out, two cold 120mm's doing 150 cfm in (one directly on gpu+cpu+ nb region), an actively cooled nb, and another two papst delivering cpuregionheat out of the case
