| Eum, like 0 volts; System was down when I disassembled my h2o setup . Some pins were ****ed up, straightening them didn't help... Too bad I have a prommie here waiting to hit this nice cpu .

| ok, nice to know it's not the mobo: attached headphones to the mobo, then the irritating voice began when I booted: "Failed cpu test" "Failed cpu test"...... blabla mmm, anyone who's got a copy of an invoice from an a643000+ boxed cpu?

| yes I have the problem is, forcom uses the serial number on the CPU to verifie if it's really bought there. I ruterned m broken cpu, got me a new one + paper with confirmation of new serial, so...

| Is there any way AMD would replace a XP1700+ that is *not* abused? No chipped core, no raised voltage. I've got a warranty paper but no shop to return it to (i bought it at dimmu's bankrupt store sale).
