FX5900 to Fx5950-U Bios Flash

Been folwing these threads for a couple of days, am interested to know if a Sparkle FX5900 XT can be flashed to Fx5950 U . I have a Sparkle FX5950 U Bios but have not benn game to try it yet as I have read 2.8 Memory might not overclock well. Any advice would be welcome.

PS which Flash program would be best to use with this brand of card.
