This is really an Intel, Epox, OCZ commercial!! Since I received my new OCZ PC 4000 Gold Rev.2 mem I have been gradually climbing the FSB ladder. Can't seem to find the top!! Although I am sure I will. Many have asked me why I don't run it at 1:1. Hmmm? Well there are not to many PC4000 mem sticks that run at DDR616!! So I am using the 5:4 divider. That allows me to keep climbing. This Epox board just takes all this in stride!! It has a watch-dog function so if you totally screw up your OC, you don't have to take off your side cover and pull the jumper. The Epox just clicks on then off then on and it is reset to default speeds. You can go right back into the bios and tweek some more!! EASY!! This is the best board I have ever had the pleasure of using! Bar none.

Primestable?

Regardless, it's hell of a OC.:)

I have to up mine another 100mhz or more to match up.

Hey lazyman. you got a great OC from your processor also. I have not primed it up there yet. This was a first try I have however at 3644mhz which is 303.8 fsb and it was stable I went on to run Aquamark and PCmark04 here are those results

Here is the link for aqaumark

I will continue testing at higher FSB's! I got to tell you when it booted and did the sandra tests at over 3700, I was pretty freakin' excited.

Hi WZ,

I assure you that it's the processor; a thousand to one chance to get one like that. It's a keeper for sure.

When you find a willing processor, it doesn't need much vcore to get it going and neither does it take much to cool.:)

Instead to "hunt" for the ultimate cooling; the hunt is to look for the right processor. 2.4C MO stepping is one for sure; like the XP1700+ before. Primestable is the key.:)

1.3Ghz OC! nice :o

That's a sweet overclock you got there and a very nice sandra bandwith score too :super:

What cooling are you using?

Lazyman nice score too, especially with stock cooler :D

Those 2.4 M0's sure are a wannahave, unfortunately, they're very hard to come by seccondhand and even if you had the luck of finding one you'd still need a board that goes beyond the 250-255 fsb limit quite a few boards have

My cooling system. I use a Eheim 1250 pump, Swiftech 5002P
waterblock. My radiator is a heater core out of a 1976 buick electra limited. It easily accomdates 2 X 120 mm fans The res I made myself using 1 1/2 pvc. A few pics for you:

My cpu temp is 31C @ 3710 mhz! My case temp acerages about 23C. This has been a great cooling system.

great cooling system indeed :super:

That WZ insigne on the bottom of your case is very cool btw :o
