It's not that difficult to achieve. For those who do not believe me: contact me for a "live" demo... I have to touch the 1250 to be sure it's on. CD

Since I installed my 1250, it's a dream What do you mean by "more difficult to mod to 1/2 fittings", they have both an outlet of 1/2" and an inlet of 3/4"...? The Idra is 25 Watts, the 1250 is 28 Watts. If you look at the quality/price: Eheim rockz... Anyway, my $$$$ PC is in the hands of a pump, so I better like it to be a quality pump... CD

Here's what I had to do to make my Idra stop leaking... This is what I used to silence my 1250: By heating your 1/2" tubing in boiling water you should be able to put it over the 3/4" inlet of the 1250. I used 20mm (3/4") PVC to connect the inlet to my 3-tap fill & bleed system. No, I didn't receive my Cascade yet. I'm on a waiting list. Cathar told me he would recontact me in 3-4weeks when he had one available for me (should be one of these days...) BTW, do I know you from another forum? CD
