Default cpu unworkable or has been changed

i tried to OC my cpu (i've bought some pc133 ram)
multiplier 7x
fsb 112
fsb/agp: 2/3
pci: 1/3 (or something like that)
vcore: stock

then i get the boot error that my "cpu is unworkable or has been changed"

cas latency=3

before, it worked without a prob (someone else did the settings for me)
after cmos_reset, i used the preconfigured cpu speed (700mhz).
if i use custom, and fsb to 100=>np
112=>probs.... before, with pc100 ram (cas latency 2 i think) it worked! what's the prob?
