Default cpu koelers vraagske volcano 7+ of volcano 9??

welke een van de twee cpu koelers is eigenlijk de beste
Thermaltake Volcano 7+ (AMD/P4) Fan Speed Adjustable
Thermaltake Volcano 9 Coolmod Socket A (Auto+Manual Fan Control)

En zouden die een 2400+ kunnen koel houden?
