well then I'd just cut a big oval , just big enough to have a 5mm border in aluminium and mount the fans with little fingerguards..

edit: fear my paint skillz (damn I'm bored)



edit2: or you could allways use a 40mm drillpress if that exists..

sure, duron's got drillpres, gives equipped with a circlecutter perfect holes in plexi, wood, and aluminium:^)

hmm, got here 4x60 mm sunon fans.
I could work with 4 panels but I think the cutting would be difficult.
4x80 mm would not work, it's to small.

Gamer,

You're not going to ruin 3 LianLi front panels to add a couple of low CFM fans are you? Please doooon't!

if you really want to mess up 3 bays, use 1 120mm fan instead of dozens of little 60mm ones.
