ummm, i have the most recent bios....where is the CPC option again....maybe i missed that

kk, ill try one of these Abit NF7-Sv2 D23 SUB-ZER0 SATA 4247/4227 modded by tictac....umm, any difference between 4247 and 4227?

Try other memory timings (2-3-3-11). It's known that nForce² bord like "11"

Rising the AGP-voltage also helps sometimes.
