Best P4 air cooler = ?

What's currently the best p4 air cooler with good performance together with reasonable noise levels
I know low-noise and performance are opposite, but still I've read some reviews ... just wanna know you guys' experiences

the AX478 is slightly better than the 8942 according to overclockers.com.
