those benches are worth nothing in my humble opinion as you can't read what comparison material they used!

Default gigonda cooler

It looks great, really it does but right now with my slk-900a with a coolermaster 80mm adjustable fan fron an x-dream I never even break 40C load, even at the lowest rpm on the fan and Im in south florida where its hotter than hot.

But as far as asthetics go it looks friggen kool too.

I would be reviewing the cooler this evening, using twin Areocool Blaster fans which oush 52.9CFM, the instructions have them facing inward onto the circular finned copper core, however, I believe this may simply cause the fans to canel out their cooling capacity. I'm going to try in a "push/pull" combination. There's only one problem. The mounting hardware is simply not adequate for mounting? Two of the screw holes where the 80mm fans would mount are so small there's no screw small enough i can think of which would mount the fans? The screws privided don't fit anywhere? Very frustrating. If the hardware store is open tomorrow the review will be done then, if I had a drill, things would be better. If not it'll be done Monday.

The cooler has a very unique design, and the center seems to be a one piece design, rising from contacting the CPU. Whether it's a solid piece of copper I'm not sure, but I don't beleive it is. While the cooler is heavy, I'm not sure if it's solid. What truly intrigues me would be placing a water source in the center of the cooler, with return pipes down the outside back just above the CPU. I''m writing Arecool suggesting this, of course it's highly unlikely they'll simply go by my word, but given the size of the core, a significant amount of liquid couls be used, which I feel is the Achilles Heel to heat-pipe coolers. Too little liquid to have any effect

would be cool if you test both ways, as according to the manufacterer :

Two-fan solution
Suggestion from the manufacturer: use blow-blow direction will perform better than blow-suck.

seems to perform a weeeee bit better then the SLK800.. but for a heatsink that has 2x 80mm fans installed... a pretty poor result.. and the SP-97 blows the SLK800 away by as much as 5-6°C..

blow - blow would create more turbulance. My guess in-in would perform better when high capacity fans are used, and in-out with silent fans.
