ATI HD 4850 Overclocking and HD 4890 and HD 4770

What's the average OC on the HD 4850 ?
stock GPU 625Mhz... on air, how high will it go...on average?

There's so many different revisions on the 4850, its hard to tell.
Older revisions were able to do around the 730 range. The latest ones do or come (factory overclocked) around 680, like the Asus TOP 4850

EDIT: I ordered an HIS 4850, stock 625MHz/993 got it to 690/1050 Furmark stable
Make that 720/1100 :)

Testing an Asus 4850 Matrix here; running 800Mhz GPU stable; maxed out CCC as well as Asus's own utility; using GPUtuner to go past the 800Mhz mark, stability test prove 805Mhz doable, but not much higher

Asus HD 4890 up next, currently stress testing 990Mhz on the GPU, default is 850Mhz.. crazy OCs in my humble opinion

omg that matrix 4850 pcb disign is made for dual pci-e 6pin :D.
got a ATI disign pcb here, think i can do 800+ core 2 with voltmod though.

Gigabyte HD 4770 reference clock 750 up to 900+Mhz at the moment... stock cooling
edit: 910Mhz on GPU :D, no voltmods

had to drop down to 890Mhz for game stable; 910 is doable for bench
