Antec Smart Fans

What is your opinion of the Antec Smart Fans (80 mm:
Up to 80% quieter Thermally controlled 80mm case fan. - Built-in temperature sensor
- Variable speed: RPM increases as the temperature rises
- Double ball bearing design for extended life
- Comes with a 4-pin power connector and a separate signal connector to motherboard )

Now I am using 4 Titan 80 mm 1 Ball Bearing 2500 RPM fans and paid 10.91 EUR for them. They are rather loud in my system (Chieftec DA-01W Full Tower case) and I am searching for a way to reduce the noise.

Has anyone used these Antec fans, price is approx. 21 EUR. According to the program Hardware Doctor from Winbond my case temp is +- 27°C and my cpu is +- 41°C when the system is used for officework, using the Titanfans.

all nice, that thermal control, but
a) 20€ for how many fans?
b) cfm, dba?

i've got a antec blue: verrry quiet (near to silent!) but not so powerful (even not as powerful as an enermax)
