Q6600 @ 4GHz, ASUS P5K, 2gb OCZ 4-4-4-10 1T... Most of the time I've the PCIe connection clocked at 110MHz, at that clockspeed I couldn't get my 7300GT clocked anywhere near 900/1050. I didn't touch voltage levels, neither did I change the cooling device, though when running 3D Mark 2001 the system became unstable every time, screen froze after 2 seconds allready. 850/1020 undoable! Through software I upped the PCIe frequency with 10MHz, and what happened? The card suddenly passed 3D Mark 2001 without any issue's, even better... I got it stable at 880/1040! Unfortunatly I can't risk any higher PCIe speed on this setup, but it seems like 140MHz PCIe clock really has helped me getting on first spot. | |
