For those of you in the market for a new solid state drive, there is a review of the Samsung 840 Series SSD at Hexus today. You can see our recent evaluation of this drive here. Priced at £140 for a 250GB model and therefore offering a genuine alternative to the glut of SandForce-powered drives on the market, we believe the 840 Series to be a reasonable choice for users requiring capacity on a relative budget.
