VR-zone leaks early INTEL HASWELL slide

@ 2012/12/11
Chinese website VR-Zone has leaked some info regarding Intel's upcoming socket 1150 Haswell generation. The new Intel TOCK CPU series name is logically updated from the 3XXX Ivy Bridge series to 4XXXX.

Haswell's new CPU architecture at first glance has an improved onboard graphics adapter baptised as the HD4600 for all models listed versus the HD4000 of the Ivy Bridge high end versions. If it can match the 3D power of AMD's Trinity APU series is still top secret. The TDP has been raised too from 65/77W to 84W. The slide still shows DDR3 1600MHz RAM speed as standard supported. However far higher speeds are rumoured all over the net..

Will this new generation be a reason to upgrade from your current Sandy or Ivy Bridge CPU's ? Only time will tell as the release is estimated for Q2 2013. Hopefully the TIM will be up to standards this time
