HIS 7950 IceQ X2 @ PureOverclock

The latest graphics card from HIS sports the company’s redesigned IceQ X2 custom cooler. We’ve seen it once before in testing, and if history is any indication, we expect big things from this card, as HIS typically produces some extremely cool-running Radeon cards.
