Hardware Avenue have today reviewed Waffer Technology’s PCAirCon PAC400 system cooler, based on “Thermoelectric” technology. With specialized system coolers out of the spotlight these days, the PAC400 is certainly part of a dieing breed, but does it do enough to warrant a purchase? Find out in the review.
