ASUS Makes Offer to Buy ASRock?

The rumor mill is churning out yet another biggie this weekend and the rumor has it that the #1 ASUS and #3 ASRock motherboard manufacturers will join forces and sing Kumbayah together in harmony. Of course, the rumor is unsubstantiated at this point in time, since they have a knack to do these deals late on Fridays. If the deal does go through, there will be downstream effects to many of the other companies and suppliers to these companies - so it would cause quite the stir.
