Today we will be looking at the Spire TME III CPU Cooler. Spire may not be as mainstream as other brands but don’t let the name fool you. We will be looking at some installation and benchmarks with this cooler on both AMD and Intel Platforms. Let’s take a look at what this cooler has to offer.
