If you compare shopping online to offline you would think as far as security goes, it would favor offline shopping, right? Not really.

Surely, there is nothing 100% consistently. My frequent purchases come from two sources. I get to know them well, a toll free phone call takes care of my purchase.

Good read.... But I still think consumer confidence could be improved a whole lot more, particuarly when places like CD Universe and Yahoo are in the news having their credit card databases hacked.. And so many sites still vulnerable to basic SQL injection attacks... One of the worst things about the web (also the best thing) is that their is no standards endorcement... Anyone can get an SSL certificate and call themselves 'secure'...
