Execs Think Social Media Has a Positive Impact on Workplace

A new poll of executives shows that almost half believe that the workplace is a better place to work because of the proliferation of social media. As usual, labor and management can't seem to agree on anything and this includes the social media aspect. The survey's findings say that though some executives may use social media as a crutch to enhance workplace culture, it cannot replace solid leadership and communications.
