Solutions to Adobe Flash 11.3 issues in Firefox browser

Users who have upgraded to Flash 11.3 and are using Firefox may be experiencing crashes or no contents loading when browsing sites such as YouTube. Firefox and Adobe have not been able to resolve the problem, but there’s a rather simple solution.
