Scientist charged with stealing US nanotech secrets

According to the Washington Post, the boffin was fired from his job at Sandia National Labs in New Mexico in April, after it emerged that he took a lab-issued laptop on a trip to China and shared some of the research, claiming it was his rather than the government’s.
Sandia Labs has a few decades of experience in designing some rather interesting devices capable of producing a few megatons of instant sunshine.
Officials claim Huang did not have access to classified national security information.
