@ 2004/10/08DESPITE WHAT NVIDIA told us before, the Geforce 6800LE will be a retail card. When we wrote this article last July, Nvidia immediately picked up the blower to inform us that this won't happen. Well, it has happened.
We spotted this card then in Aldi and Lidl food chain PCs and said so here.
Retail 6800LE card will be clocked to a 6800 standard speed, a 325MHz core and 700MHz DDR 1 memory. A 6800LE will have eight pipelines while the 6800 standard has twelve. Both cards are equipped with 128 MB of DDR-1 memory.
