Today we're looking at another Radeon monster card: the HIS 7950 IceQ Turbo. We call it a monster, not just because of its size (it is substantial), nor because of its low temperatures (they are cool), but also because it does provide gamers some serious horsepower under the hood at a respectable price. Gotta love that. Let's take a closer look at the HIS 7950 IceQ Turbo and find out how well it stacks up against the current crop of contenders.
