Aesthetics may help sell a mouse, but the comfort, ergonomics, and price are what often make or break the deal for most diehard gamers. Currently retailing for about $60, the Cooler Master Sentinel Advanced II is priced very well, poised to make a push in the mid-range peripheral market. As an added bonus, we’re looking at the new Speed-RX gaming surface as well. Let's take a closer look at each of these to see if they can run with the big dogs or will be left on the porch.
