Former Presidential Advisor Richard Clark told the Smithsonian in an interview that every major corporation in the US and Britain have already been hacked into and information taken by China. Clarke doesn't offer much in the way of solutions in the interview, other than noting that US cybersystems has strong offensive systems and a weak defensive structure.
