I-O Data Intros a New Portable USB 3.0 Hard Drive Family

For the end of March I-O Data has planned the release of a new external hard drive line, the HDPC-UT Series. The upcoming HDDs measure 75 (W) x 112 (H) x 14 (D) mm, they weight 160 grams, have a USB 3.0 interface, and will be available in three color versions - silver/gray, black/blue and Bordeaux/brown.

The HDPC-UT drives are backed by a one-year warranty and come in 500 GB (~ $146) and 1 TB (~ $199).
