Star Wars Battlefront Storms Stores

LucasArts has announced that Star Wars Battlefront, their open-ended single-player and multiplayer action game, has shipped to stores for the PC, PS2 and Xbox. In Battlefront, players can participate in all of the major Star Wars conflicts in team-based combat. The game is set in 16 locations across 10 planets including Hoth, Geonosis and Endor. Additionally, there are 20 different soldier types from each of the four factions: Rebel Alliance, Imperial Army, Clone Army and the Droid Army. Single-player modes include Instant Action, Galactic Conquest and the story-driven Historical Campaigns which range from Episodes I-VI. PS2 gamers can battle against up to 16 others online, with Xbox Live supporting 24 players and the PC up to 32 via the Internet
