AMD Postpones Radeon HD 7950 Until February

When AMD pushed the introduction of the Radeon HD 7970 from January 9, 2012 to December 22, 2011, the only that actually launched were the reviews by selected press. Now, AMD is making sure the same thing does not happen with 7950.
