1,600 Modern Warfare 3 Players Banned For Cheating

Infinity Ward is cracking down on the cheaters who are exploiting glitches found in Modern Warfare 3 that give them an unfair advantage. The 1600 banned players are just the beginning of the numbers expected to be purged before the loopholes can be patched. IW creative strategist Robert Bowling explained on Twitter: "Any attempt to cheat, hack, or glitch in #MW3 will not be tolerated. 1600+ bans issued. Updates in works.
