The ASUS Sabertooth X79 is equipped to handle the latest LGA2011 Sandy Bridge-E processors with up to 64GB of quad-channel DDR3 memory. The Sabertooth X79 motherboard features an updated thermal armor design, armed with dual Turbo Engine fans for vital component cooling. For maximum thermal control, the ASUS Sabertooth X79 motherboard is outfitted with multiple temperature sensors for automatic speed adjustments and optimal airflow. Like other ASUS X79 motherboards, the Sabertooth X79 is capable of improving HDD performance through SSD caching, a feature unique to ASUS X79 motherboards.
