@ 2011/03/11Antec lists the price of the KÜHLER H₂O 620 at $69.95 but doing a real time look up at the time of publication reveals a very different price of ~$81.00. Apparently supply on this product is tight and the street price is showing this. You can however place orders for it now at Amazon with Prime Shipping for the $69.95, but it shows to be 1 to 4 weeks out. So if you can actually purchase one for the $69.95 price you are getting a CPU cooler that is a marginally better performer than the Corsair H50 and a lot quieter than the H50 or the H70, with the H70 being about ~$100.
At $69.95 price/performance ratio the KÜHLER H₂O 620 make a lot of sense. But if you cannot purchase it for less than $80, it starts to look overpriced sitting next to the Corsair H50. Now if Antec can get enough supply to hold the $69 MSRP then we have a contender on our hands. But we don’t give out recommendations based on what a company may or may not do.
