The NAXN 80+ PSUs have two 12V rails and cost $44 (350W), $49 (450W), $64 (550W) for the non-80Plus versions, and $74 and $84 for the 80Plus, 500W and 600W versions.
The NANX 82+ 750W also boasts two 12V rails and costs $134, while its 850W sibling with four 12V rails has not been priced.
