SSD shrinkage leads to Intel 310 Series

Intel has introduced a family of tiny 310 Series solid-state drives targeted at tablets, ultraportables, and dual-drive notebooks. The drives have similar prices and performance specifications to full-sized SSDs while occupying a fraction of the footprint.
