Cooler Master Silent Pro Gold 1200W Power Supply Review

Cooling, power, and chassis profferors Cooler Master just launched a new line of high-end power supply, the Silent Pro Gold series. This series is 80PLUS Gold certified and is backed by a five year warranty. It’s a hybrid modular unit, meaning that it has some cables built-in while others are modular. This is among the first 80PLUS Gold-certified units ThinkComputers has seen. We recently reviewed the first 80PLUS Gold-certified PSU we’d seen, the Sparkle Gold Class 1250W. 80PLUS Gold means that the unit is at least 90% efficient at 20%, 50%, and 100% load.
