TR's resident Mac blogger Jason Fox has decided not to plunk down the money for a shiny, aluminum-clad Mac Pro. Instead, he's putting together a Hackintosh—a standard PC tweaked to run Mac OS X—from scratch. Over two of his latest blog posts, Jason has recounted the process of researching the Hackintosh, buying or scavenging the right parts, and assembling them:
