LG's R590 Core i7 laptop reaching Europe

LG has just unveiled the WIDEBOOK R590, a Core i7-powered gaming laptop that was introduced in South Korea some three months ago as the X-Note R590. This new portable PC features a 15.6-inch (1600x900) LED-backlit screen, a Core i7 820QM )1.73 GHz) CPU, up to 4GB of RAM, a HDD topping 500GB, a DVD writer or Blu-ray drive, a GeForce GT 230M 1GB graphics card, and a 1.3 megapixel webcam. The WIDEBOOK R590 is to become available in Europe very soon at prices going from 1299 to 1599 Euro.
