SSD to flourish with 20nm chips?

NAND flash prices will be driven down significantly in 2011, when major chip suppliers progress to 20nm-class processes, according to industry players and observers from Taiwan and China. They do not expect solid state drives (SSDs) to achieve deep penetration in the PC market until 2011.
