I've had to fix a couple PCs like that (not my own of course), I, literally, used a vacuum cleaner!

Damn... first pic has the PC looking like a grotto from Elder Scroll IV: Oblivion... Maybe there's a chest with gold coins in there somewhere too...?

Because just looking at those images makes it feel like my airways are constricting and I'm going to have an asthma attack. 
My cat would love the cooked mice though...
And that last image... looks more like corrosion than dust?
