@ 2009/11/19
Casio today introduced the 12.1-megapixel EX-G1 digital camera, marketing it as a rugged camera able to endure rough environments, such as water, dust, cold, shock, and being dropped on the ground.

The company is marketing it as the “world’s slimmest shock-resistant digital camera,” with features designed for people who are clumsy or explore the outdoors. The EX-G1 can reportedly withstand a fall from up to 7 feet due to a two-layer construction, temperatures down to 14 degrees Fahrenheit, or recording for 60 minutes at a depth of 10 feet underwater.
