Surprise! More men should read the freaking manual

@ 2009/11/09
The realization that there are gender differences in handling problems—technological or not—is no huge surprise. It's just the fact that men have so much more of a tendency to think they are totally awesome at it that makes reports like this amusing to read. There was a similar report released in January of 2008 by security software maker AVG—the firm said that about a third of all users (men and women) had experienced some form of security threat on their machines, but men were significantly more confident in their security prowess than women.
