eVGA goes extreme, P55 Classified features onboard voltmeter

On P55 you don't even need active cooling; doesn't help for even 1 BCLK extra

Because there's no point in cooling anything but the cpu. There's nothing to gain by going subzero on the PCH

not only too easy, but probably also too expensive

Must say that it's a cool motherboard but I just don't see why they're using a passive NB heatsink on a motherboard designed to overclock and overvolt

Gold is only good cos it doesn't oxidate, but that's it.

There are better current/heat conductors (copper, silver) around.

Now, my question would be: how much more will this board cost compared to other P55 boards?

The 1366 Classified was, in any case, better than the competitor's boards in terms of raw frequency; i presume the golden claim is indeed correct

Hmm, would love to know if that claim on the gold content was true, is a lot of power and very fine, high frequency signaling to all be going through those small gold contact springs. Will be interesting to see if this translates into better overclocking results.

The voltmeter looks neat, I wonder how accurate it is.
