Ultra Suing Retailers Selling Modular Power Supply UnitsWell, friends, it looks like Ultra's at it again; according to some information that just fell into my inbox. No longer content to just sue manufacturers of modular PSU's, they're going after retailers now. Filed in New Jersey, the lawsuit names Best Buy, CDW, Fry's, Micro Electronics/Micro Center, and Staples.

Products named in the suit include but are not limited to the Antec Truepower Quattros at 850W and 1kW, and a half dozen Thermaltake Toughpower models. Enermax, Raidmax, and Rocketfish models are also named. However, those who have paid licensing fees, like Corsair and BFG, are not named in the suit.
