Thermalright Ultra Extreme Copper CPU Cooler Review

@ 2008/11/20
The TRUE Copper continues Thermalright’s dominance in the field of air cooling. With that said, it is important to point out a couple of key points. First, if you have the original Ultra-120 there is little reason to upgrade as the cost does not justify the meager improvement in performance. Second, the cost of this cooler makes it the most expensive air cooler we have ever tested and that price does not include a fan. Lastly, you must consider the impact 4.2 pounds of force will have on your motherboard over time. While it may not damage your system right away, we suggest that it might over a longer period of time in certain environments. We certainly suggest not moving a system with this cooler installed unless you are planning on being very careful with it.
